Ingredients
  1. 5 cups Kabocha squash
  2. 2 cups turnips
  3. 3 lbs beef eye of round roast
  4. 10 stalks green onion
  5. 1 cup carrots
  6. 1 cup beef stock
  7. 1 cup water
  8. 3 tbsp minced garlic
  9. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  10. 1 tsp New Orleans Cajun seasoning
  11. 2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
  1. Chop ingredients.
  2. Toss into crockpot.
  3. Cook for 6-8 hours on low.
